GTA3 Outfit
To unlock the GTA 3 outfit, worn by the guy who doesn't speak (Claude), get to the mission Holland. When you have to choose between killing Playboy X or Dwayne, kill Playboy X. Dwayne will call and say you can have Playboy's house. Search the house for Playboy's closet and look through the clothes. The GTA 3 Outfit should be there.

Many of the cheats are the same for Lost and Damned as in the normal GTA, you just have to re-enter them so they are on your phone
Police Sirens
When driving in a LCPD cruiser you can change the way the siren sounds by clicking down on the left thumbstick.
Super Easy "One Man Army" Achievement
All you need to do is wait until you unlock Algonquin but before you unlock Alderny. Go to the Helitour and steal a Helicopter. Fly over the still locked island of Alderny to received a six star wanted level. After that, just fly around the perimeter of the map for five minutes outrunning the cops. Achievement gained! If you fly right you don't even to get shot at.
Easy way to get rid of wanted levels
There are a few different ways to escape low wanted levels.
1. Enter any mission marker, not date markers. (works on any wanted level)
2. When in a police vehicle, activate any of the vigilante or most wanted mission.
3. Get outside of the radar zone and successfully call a friend. Helpful if you get out of the zone but the cops are still closing in.
Friendship Bonuses
Brucie at 90% - He will fly his helicopter to you on demand.
Dwayne at 60% - He'll ship a car full of gangsters who will follow and protect you.
Packie at 75% - He'll make you a car bomb on demand.
Little Jacob - At 60% he will ship you a car full of guns to buy.
Roman at 60% - He'll send a taxi for you to drive you throughout Liberty City.
Kiki (Law chick on the dating website) at 75% - Offers to clear your wanted level (out of missions and under two stars) when fondness reaches over 75%.
Carmen at 75% - When you call her she replenishes your health.
Alex at 80% - You get a discount at clothing stores for 24 real hours.
RE: Getting The Desert Eagle
After killing the guy in the gun shop, all you have to do to shop there again is change clothes. He won't recognize you anymore and let you buy stuff.
Stripper Lapdance
Alright this isn't necessary but its pretty cool/hot. First you will go to the strip club and a girl will ask you for a dance (by this she means a lap dance). Go with her and take the dance. She will do it by herself first, when she is done shell ask you if you want another. Say yes and she will do another except a little more provocative. Once she has finished she will ask you one more time if you want another dance. Say yes one last time and she will call in another stripper and they will go at it.
Get Desert Eagle Before You Can Buy It
The gun salesman in Broker has a D.E equipped. You can kill him and take it.
Killing/shooting the owner of the gun shop will make it impossible to buy guns at that particular store. It will also get some bodyguards with shotguns to come after you.
M-4 Assault Rifle Early In The Game
Head to Easton on the second island. At the Grand Easton Terminal go up the staircase in front. Keep going around that floor until you see a small pond. Keep going past it. You shall then see a turn going left. Go left and you will be in between the tall building and the small one. At the end of the passageway there will be a dead end. Turn and you will see a glowing orange garbage can. There behind it is an M-4 assault rifle.
Free Carbine Rifle
To get this Carbine Rifle you will need a helicopter, boat, or swim. You will need to get to Happiness Island and get inside the first door of the Statue of Happiness. There will be a security guard with a Carbine Rifle. Kill him with your pistol and pick the Rifle up.
Easy Cheat Access
If you're tired of always typing in the cheat phone numbers, just go into your phone menu (it says phonebook, messages, etc.) go to the bottom of that list and it should say cheats. Go into this menu and it should display all the cheats you have dialed in so far + no waiting for the call to go through! Happy cheating.
Easy Money from Armored Truck
Steal a armored truck and blow it up. There should be about a thousand dollars or more laying around the vehicle.
Hidden Tourist Spot
To find this site you will need a helicopter. Fly towards the tallest building (it looks like the empire state building). As you get closer, jump out on to the ledge, and hop down to the lower floor (small fall), and u will see a lot of telescopes and tourists walking around. Make sure you go close enough so that you can see where to jump out.
Tug Boat
Entry Location:
Between Alderny and the Industrial island
Look along the water for a tug boat parked in front of 2 barges. You'll need a boat to get to it and board it. Once near it, jump on and hit the enter vehicle button. You can just cruise from there.
Free Ride In A Taxi
When you get a taxi somewhere, just before you reach your destination hold L1 and you will smash the window and scare the taxi driver away. This will only work if you have a gun
Blowout Your Tires
All you have to do is burnout (hold L and R at the same time). Wait a little while and the two back tires will pop one after the other.
Holland Play Mission
In the Holland play you kill Playboy X or Dwayne. If you kill Dwayne you get a Measely 20 grand. On the other hand, for killing Playboy X you get his house. With the house you get a very nice loft and an awesome sniper's ledge.
Free Shotgun
If you get into a cop car you will pick up a tactical shot gun with 5 bullets.

Police Car Hints
If you get into any police car or swat truck (choppers don't work) press L1, and a data bank will come up with wanted people. You can search names and call for police backup. If you do, 3 police cars arrive. Make sure your car is stopped before trying this.
Fly Across The Map
Go to any gas station and make sure you have 2 cars under the roof of the gas pumps. Shoot the cars till both of them are on fire, and then stand back around 10-15 feet or car distance then shoot the nearest gas pump where the cars are nearest (make sure you are near the road). After you blow them up, you will be shot across the entire map... yes I'm aware you die but its funny as hell!
Advice For Escaping The Cops
If you have four stars or less, find a place with grass or sand. They will follow you in, but the usually cant get back out. Then drive away like nothing happened!
Free Emergency Vehicle
Remember when roman calls and says he is prank calling cops? Well, so can you. Pull out you phone and dial 911. A voice will come on and ask you, 1 = cops, 2 = ambulance,
3 = fire engine. Press the call button and wait for the car to come, then while they're looking around, sneak up and take the car.
Tired Of Typing In Cheats?
Tired of typing in every cheat you want to activate? Well, once you've used a cheat, it is stored in a separate menu on your phone. Simply press up on the D-Pad to open your phone, then go into the menu list & scroll down to the bottom. There should be a menu (second from bottom) entitled "Cheats." It's a list of every cheat you have ever used in the game & to re-activate it, simply select the desired cheat.
Grand Theft Auto IV Easter Eggs Energy Drink Parody
enter on the in game computer and you will see next to the logo that it says "tastes like fuel kicks like a mule," witch is obviously a parody of the phrase that almost everyone in America has heard "drinks like a soda, kicks like an energy drink."
Cluck Norris
Inside any of the Cluckin' Bells, you'll find a statue of a Chicken-man doing
karate. The statue is inscribed with the name "Cluck Norris", and obvious parody
of martial artist movie star Chuck Norris.
Baby Carriage

South-west of the airport on the first city
There is a red baby carriage near a blown up car south-west of the airport in the first section of city. Now why would there be a baby carriage if there are no kids in Liberty City?

Rockstar Logo

Memory Lanes - Bowling Alley
Get out your sniper rifle and go into memory lanes. Zoom in on the pins. On the neck of the pin should be the Rockstar logo.
"Shave and a Haricut. Two bits!"
Create a large traffic jam and then play "shave and a haircut" with your horn. If you listen carefully, one of the other cars should do the "two bits" response.
Katt Williams
on The second island, where there all the buildings and the park are, there is a comedy club called Side Splitting Comedy Club. In this club Katt Williams and another guy are always performing. The building is shaped like a pair of fake glasses with the fake nose on it.
Blow Up the Hotdog Guy
Find a street vendor. Look for a propane tank on their cart. Shoot at it & it will blow up.
Heart of New York
Take a helicopter to the Statue of Happiness and look for a set of doors near the feet of the statue. Jump out of the helicopter and land near the doors, and then go inside the statue. You'll find an actual heart chained to inside of the statue. Check out our bloody good coverage on the heart by clicking here.
Before you go into the tower, look at the wording outside of the door that lets you in. It reads "No Hidden Content This way."

When you walk into the bowling alley, behind the front desk, there is a sign featuring 2 balls and a pin. You should get the reference.
Grand Theft Auto IV Glitches Instant Stop
When you are driving extremely fast and want to stop instantly, all you have to do is click up on the d-pad (the cellphone) and scroll down to select the camera (after you get it from Playboy X).
Survive Rotterdam Tower Fall
First you will need to spawn a helicopter. Fly it to the Rotterdam Tower (Empire State Building) and try to land or jump out on to the level near the top that is the largest. Then spawn a NRG900 and drive it one of the edges. You won't fall off because the wall is too high. Then drive full speed ahead at the opposite wall and do a wheelie at the same time. When you hit the wall you should fly over and still be on the bike. Now for the trick. As you fall, feel free to spin as much as you want, but in order for this to work you must hit the ground with your back wheel. If done correctly you should fall of like any normal crash and still be alive! Might take a few tries to perfect but when you do it can be quite fun!
Repair Car Engine
If your car breaks down and won't start, dial 911 and the engine should be repaired.
