Getting 100% Completion
To be able to get 100% completion of the game the following list must be completed.

Complete ALL 90 story and procedural missions to get 68% complete.

Complete ALL 30 car thefts to get an additional 2%.

Complete ALL 50 stunt jumps to get an additional 2.5%.

Complete ALL 20 vigilante crimes to get an additional 2.5%.

Kill ALL 30 people on the list to get an additional 2.5%.

Collect ALL 200 pigeons (flying rats) to get an additional 2.5%.

Beat friends or computers at every activity to get an additional 5%.

Find ALL random characters and complete their missions to get an additional 5%.

Excluding Roman or Dwayne get ALL your friend's special abilities and do ALL their activities to get an additional 10%.


CHEAT BOOK REPORTAdded Carbine Rifle
If you want some extra fire power then take a trip to Happiness Island where this weapon is located. To get there you'll need a helicopter or boat but if those options aren't available you can always swim. At the island go inside the first door of the 'Statue of Happiness' and kill the security guard on watch there who has the carbine rifle.


CHEAT BOOK REPORTAdded Free Shotgun Shells
If you're out of shotgun shells you can automatically get 5 more by entering a police cruiser.

Climb into an ambulance if your health level is getting low and you'll get a small health increase.

If you plan on doing a robbery and don't want to be recognised then why not unlock the ski mask first by completing the 'Three Leaf Clover' mission. When the mission has been completed the ski mask will be available anytime as a hat in your wardrobe.

If you want to know more about the characters in GTA4 log into a computer at the TW@ Internet Cafe and enter the URL 'www.libertycitypolice.com' and select the 'Database' tab which is located at the bottom of the homepage and you will be able to surf the Liberty City Police department files on all the characters in the game.


CHEAT BOOK REPORTAdded Get a Statue of Liberty T-Shirt
On the 2nd level of the Statue of Liberty there will be a door which you have to walk through because it doesn't swing open. When you have gone through it the game will load for a moment and you will come out wearing a new t-shirt which will have the image of the Statue of Liberty on it.

If you don't want to worry about the ammo limit and running out of ammo in the middle of a gunfight get 100% completion in the game.


CHEAT BOOK REPORTAdded ATM Cash Glitch
Find an ATM then block off traffic in the road leading to it so cars cannot pass. Then wait for someone to use the ATM, kill them then take the money they drop. It's essential at this point that you have done a good job at blocking the roads so the ambulance can not take away the corpse.

With that said... Run a bit away from your victim and go back again and the same money should be available to pick up again... If anyone is using the ATM when you go back you can kill them too and each time you return their cash will have respawned too.

CHEAT BOOK REPORTAdded Faustin's Missions
After you meet Faustin, complete ALL 100% of his missions, before attempting Dimitri's missions, as Dimitri has you kill off his best buddy Faustin. Therefore making him unable to give you his final lot of missions and you'll be unable to get 100% completion of the game overall.

CHEAT BOOK REPORTAdded Cheat Codes
In GTA IV cheats are activated via using the mobile phone. Try entering any of the following codes after Roman has given you his old mobile phone. This happens pretty early in the game so you don't have to wait long before you can enter the cheat codes. Once you have the phone you can enter them as often as you like.

Okay, first get out your mobile phone and press 'Up' to raise the phone higher and reveal the complete keypad. Then use your controller to select the set of numbers according to which cheat you want to use, after you have entered the code the cursor moves to the dial button, just press 'Up' again and if successful you will see a message 'Cheat Activated' on the screen. When a code has been entered correctly, a new 'Cheats' menu option becomes available on your phone under 'Options' which allows you to access the cheats without having to enter the phone number again.

This is so simple, and yet there are no posts about this. OK, you guys are all probably fed up of the posts and reposts about killing people at the ATM, here is my solution to making a lot more money than that a million times faster. To do this you need to have unlocked Stevie's garage and have delivered him all 30 cars (to get the locations go to the unnoficial guide on this site). Once you deliver him all 30, he will send you a text saying that you can take him a car and he will pay cash for it. You get about a third of the original price, so a Turismo gets you $11,000. There is a cheat to spawn a Turismo, and he accepts spawned cars. I made $1,000,000 in fifteen minutes with this method. Enjoy.


CHEAT BOOK REPORTID Grand Theft Auto 4 Guide - Pigeon Locations 1-20
Pigeon (6/200): This pigeon is on the roof of a building. You most likely need a helicopter to reach this one, though there may be another way up. You can take one of the Helitours Mavericks from the landing site in Fishmarket South, Algonquin. The pigeon is in the doorway at the east end of the roof.


To get to the pigeon without getting a helicopter cross the street to the train station and climb onto the hood of the station that connects to the building across the street. Once on top walk across and find the pigeon on the other side.

I am correcting this one because there is a way to get on the building by going on from the awning that is facing away from the water. Just jump as you normally would when climbing a wall. Then you are able to pull yourself up and get to the pigeon.
