There will always be something to love with a combination of Star Wars and Lego. Two of Americans favourite childhood things. Smashing these two together made something familiar and refreshing for all ages. You cannot get better than that. By pulling Lego Star Wars and Lego Star Wars II the result was a child called Lego Star Wars: The Complete Saga.
Basically The Complete Saga is a combination of both games but with better HD-quality and lightly tweaked for entertainment reasons. This game is appealing to all different age groups, whether you have played the first two games or not. To get a little familiar with how the whole Lego Star Wars concept works here is a little break down for you. The first couple of games cover the Star Wars episodes I-III. Each game is a action puzzle of which is covers the story segment that its meant too.
The complete saga will drop you into the Cantina where you are allowed to wander as much as your heart desires. You can mess around just about anywhere you'd like that includes shops, arena play, and wandering the junkyard. There are a total of six chapters in each episode. After your done with the first chapter of episode I the intro is automatically opened for you. This makes it possible for you to skip around from one episode to the next, which is convenient if you want to play your favourite areas first. The best part about this game is that there is forever something to do. There is a good mixture of mini-games, arcade play, or free play games for you. That does not include the whole process of going through all the episodes. So this is one awesome feature it allows you to have. It also makes the game well worth the money spent because it lasts you such a long time and always gives you something to go back too later on.
All together the complete saga is an ultimate success for people of all ages. It is filled with fantastic humour and the animation is clear and sharper than the last two games. Everything about this game is high quality including the music and sound. There are no complaints about any one detail this game has to offer it's players. They have also given the player the option of online co-op so you can play with multiple people online. That makes the game even more enjoyable among friends and family. There was one problem that proceeded to happen with the other two Lego Star Wars games and that had to do with camera control. There was always something a little off with it causing it to not be so easy to see. Luckily, Lego Star Wars: The Complete Saga has shown to somewhat fix this issue. Not sure what the issue is with always have some sort of camera problem but this time it seems to have a little bit more control. With that being the only complaint everything else is amazing and the game really does deserve a chance to be played. If you don't want to buy it, rent it.
