This is a true classic, a real blast from the past. If you are new to Resident Evil, I really question your integrity as a gamer, as this game has hit the charts on nearly every gaming site I have seen on the Internet. If you have played Resident Evil 4 on Gamecube or possibly PS2 you will see that it is exactly the same. This doesn't mean it is bad by any means, those games on those consoles got some of the highest reviews out of any game ever to graze the Gamecube and PS2. Don't get me started about how you can now point at the screen and blast away at your enemies with controls that are made unique to the Wii.

You are going to start the game as Leon and you are on mission to save Ashley, the president’s kidnapped daughter, so Leon finds himself in a desolate village that is plagued with men and women that want him dead. Not to mention there are chainsaw wielding guys with burlap sacks over their head, oooooo scary, actually it is funny enough.

So don't get me wrong that the graphics are a little dumbed down, but don't be mistaken this is an awesome game with minimal glitches and works spot on for the most part. The characters and model make up of this game are pretty epic. Not to mention there is a storyline that could win an award for the best story in a horror game.

So there are a lot of reasons to replay this game, there is a massive amount of side missions that you can play, this will help bring the story together as you might have missed it the first time through. On one of the side quest you will discover the relationship between Ada and the always troublesome Wesker, should of called Wesker something else! There are some minigames where you can go to shooting ranges and stuff like that, the shooting games could be packaged and sold separately themselves.

All and all this game packs a ton of fun and excitement. The bosses are top notch and pretty difficult and iv played most RE games. The same great Resident Evil experience that we have grown to love over the years, and no I am not knocking one off to Ada, that would be just plain wrong lol I would have to say, for the time period of the game the graphics are pretty impressive.
