As we all know, Naruto Mangas has been selling in excess of 100 million copies through out the world. Well at least if you are hardcore gamer like me you know this. With this, it would not be a surprise that the famous Konoha ninja is also making a huge wave in the gaming world. This game merges the sharp accurate look of the anime itself with the intense fight scenes and battles of ninjas.
Naruto Shippuden Ninja Storm 2 is a 3D fighting game that gives you the luxury to control over 40 strong ninja characters from the anime series. The story line on the game has been designed to have more drama but still is pretty much the same with the real story on TV.
For each battle that you will have to face, you can switch from three characters simultaneously with the shoulder buttons. In addition, battles between bosses have been made more improvements since the request of some Naruto game fanatics. This latest version of Naruto game had been installed with more enemies and stronger bosses with most being longer and more eccentric than its predecessors.
The intense battles involve ninjas fighting through the air exchanging long melee combos as well as launching explosive energy waves at each other. All the characters skills and abilities on this game need the proper button combinations as well as the proper timing in order for it to take effect.
Aside from fighting ninjas, you will also be dealing with boss monsters throughout the game. To win over these enemies, you will need to figure out ways on how to land an attack without being killed and find their weak points in order to slay them easily.
Lastly, since this game originated in Japan you might think that the language will be Japanese as well. Luckily, you will be pleased to hear that English voice-overs have been installed in this game and can be easily switched to Japanese any time you want.
This new series has brought about a lot improvements but still provides a big similarity with its predecessors. It still is equipped with the same whips, mighty orbs, titans, and vicious monsters. Also, the main story remains unchanged as well as the fantastic settings, all you need to expect is now more challenge and thrill.
Your main character in the game will be played by Gabriel Belmont which also the same with its previous episodes. This game still features his touching love story which consumes most of the 20 hours of the game. It will pretty much revolve around one quest throughout the game – to revive Gabriels’ dead wife.
This game is filled with emotions. You can feel it right from the beginning of the story when Gabriel exerts all his efforts to assist a town from pushing off a bunch of Lycans. As you battle with your enemies, the rain starts to fall down and you will feel a scene of despair, death, hate, and others. The struggle will be concluded by a duel with a giant werewolf and this will open your way to the next level.
Enemies that you may face inside the castle will be strong and vicious monsters like zombies, bats, vampires, ogres and a whole lot more bunch of disgusting creatures that don’t have a name in the monster book. You can easily slay them all with combos and hidden attacks that you can easily discover once you master the basic attacks.
The later part of the game will enable you to use Light as well as Dark Magic powers that will enable you to do more damage to your foes. The Light Magic will be in charge of healing your character while the Dark Magic will take charge of the bashing. Its pretty easy to play actually and you can finish this early with enough training and once you familiarize with the monsters weak points. This game is good for adventure game overall.
It is not easy to put a very well known and successful movie or book into a game. This is because the game creator still should be able to input the important features of the movie or book into the game to make it interesting. The game The Godfather has not disappointed its many fans because the game is equally exciting.
The Godfather II is action-packed, full of thrills and frills and exciting. It will get you into the mind of the Godfather and how he strategizes the group’s moves and actions. So the main aim of the game is to control a certain place and build an empire in it. You will be battling against other groups and villains. So it is up to you which action to take to make sure that you win the location you are aiming for. When you play this game, think of the movie and it will help you come up with good plans against the villains. Of course, your opponents also have their strategies and plans. You have to make sure that you get away from the obstacles and challenges that will be put in your way to winning your mission. You will also be following corrupt officials which you have to fight with. Maps will be provided for you to know where you are heading for.
The controls are very easy to follow. With this, you can easily play the game. The audio is also good as you can hear clearly what the people in the scene are talking about. The graphics, though dark, are also good. This is understandable as it focuses on shady underground groups. The depth and plot of the game is amazing. The story of the movie is successfully inputted in the game. You will get a complete package of a game in The Godfather II. It has action, strategizing and entertainment.
All in all, The Godfather will please every fan with the plot and depth of the game. This game will surely entertain every gamer especially those who would like to play games of thinking, action and strategy. This game is fun, challenging, exciting and very entertaining. There is not dull moment as every scene is exciting enough for you to give time watching and playing it. It is definitely a successful sequel to the first edition of the Godfather.
The game has unbelievably great visuals with wonderful graphics. The controls are touch screen and they make managing your army easy. The story is fascinating with plenty twists and turns. The game has a variety of missions and quests. However the game has its weaknesses as well, the terrain will hider you from seeing your enemies and also large-scale battles will suffer due to the minor graphical hiccups.
Final Fantasy XII game has continuity as one of its main stronghold. You will meet Vaan and his friends in the skies above. The game is based on command and conquering the enemy and the results are memorable.Vaan fulfills his dream of becoming the sky pirate by after one year of fighting off Archadian Empire.Vaan flies on the sky in a ship with Panelo as his navigator.Vaan and his friends Balthier,Fran and Cache of Glabados discover Lemures the legendary sky continent. It is upon Vaan and his friends to protect the inhabitants of that planet from the sinister Judge of Wings and her army. You will encounter friends both new and old ones and the experience will be adventurous at the same time it will crack your brain.
The game is divided into ten chapters and each of them is made up of five missions and each provides more detail with interesting story and great cut scenes in between them there if freedom to travel across Lemures. You can travel past them in an airship which serves as your point of operation. You will be able to craft new weapons, look at trophies earned throughout the battle and also take side quests from Tomaj and his notice board as well as engage in a battle with the local beings. The crystals you earn through mission called auricite will help you strike deals with espers, the monsters. It is vital to have as many pacts so that they will boost your army.
At the start of the game you are given the goals you are expected to meet. The goals vary from sneaking to particular spots, defeating all enemies amongst others. By this you are allowed to analyze your enemies’ strengths and weaknesses and plan your battle well in advance. The characters and espers are classified as melee, ranged and flying units and each is a part of the team.
Paying attention to the team and the weaknesses should be important because then you can only field five characters and beckon only a group of only five types of espers. When the battle begins the characters you have selected will each become the leader of a group of the espers. As long as you have control of the summoning gate, you can call forth the new espers who are added to the already existing established groups. You enemies can as well summon the espers and you have to be diligent enough so that you block all their summoning gates so that you are able to control the battle. Ensure that your ranks are constantly refilled.
All said and done, a top notch game on the DS.
The game gives you a lot space to play it. You have more than a dozen playing method in the games. Also you can go online and play with some experienced campaigners to check your expert level. The best feature that I found in the game is that you can create your own game with your own set of rules. You can reduce the tax percentage, you can utilize parking fees and even more you can double your money just by having a go instead of saving it.
The only thing that you will find a little sloppy is the game presentation. The developers tried their best by giving a full 3D environment but this sometimes looks little odd. Monopoly lovers always want to play me on the classic game board. And when you play online then you will little delays if your opponent is playing on some other platform. These delays do not look very good if you want to enjoy the game. You can do one thing to stop that and that is you choose to hide the dice movement, but again this wont help as you always want to see that what the other player is doing and thinking of doing.
Well over all I found monopoly quite enjoyable as I is a very big fan of monopoly. This is a very good deal if you have no one to play with. “Monopoly Streets” cannot make new fans but if you are already a Monopoly lover then this will certainly give you some fun and entertainment as much as the previous release does.
I think the only way to look at it is this, where else can they really go with this title, I also think the original was hard to beat, although this one is on par with that, a different spin on the already much loved original.
As the game starts you will find yourself in an extreme action environment destroying everything that comes in your way. You will have some supernatural powers and with that you will destroy your fellow citizens and also the destruction of every building or vehicle that is in your way. After 5 to 10 minutes of this intense action you will flash back to 10 days previous. There you will find out how you ended up in this cruel and insensitive place.
Alex Mercer in short is awoken after having lost his memory only to find out that he has an immense about of super human abilities, A viral infection has broken out in Manhattan and in turn has altered the DNA of Citizens in such as way that they have turned in monsters, ever eroding.
The game provides you with so many powers that if I started discussing them all you will be tired of reading this review. As Alex Mercer I can get my arms transformed into blades and I can grow a shield around my skin which can protect me from even a tank bomb. Well there are other things too like stealing some weapon from your enemies and then using it against them. You can have plenty of weapons from hand guns to rocket launchers. In short you can get as much fire power as you want and can even shape-shift, you are in this game effectively what i refer to as the Daddy, you have more power than any other on the island.
With help of the above mentioned powers you can choose your own way of completing your missions. Whether you can do it silently or you can sabotage the entire building full of your enemies just by going straight in and hammering them around. The game gives you freedom to do almost anything, as the feeling of freedom is well imprinted in this game.
Overall, Prototype is a powerful performer which gives you full control over your game and you will be never fall short of resources to complete a certain task as you strive to take revenge. There is enormous amount of power in your character that makes him the best in whatever he does and more abilities will be given as you progress through the game.
Structured like the previous GT games, GT5 Prologue lets players compete in a number of races, unlock new courses and gain sufficient means to acquire high-class cars; joining the competition is easy as there are no qualifying races required. There are almost 30 locked courses for the player to unlock. And the single-player race is not that long, however the difficulty increase from novice to professional level proves more than a little challenging. Events range from basic and timed races to various objective-laden events, such as finishing the entire race track on one lap.
The game starts with the player having 35,000 bucks, which is adequate to purchase a basic car. The player can choose from a range of cars from a Citroen C4 Coupe ’05 down to the Mazda RX-8 Type S’07. Playing and winning some races will give the player additional credits which he can use to change his car into a new and better one. However, some players choose to save the money and gamble on a 10-race series with a prize of an exclusive new car. GT5 Prologue, does not allow upgrading of car element but later in the game a player can use the quick-tune option.
As of now, Prologue remains one of the few games which excel on the PS3, the surrounding background is filled with intricate and varied elements and perfectly suits the high-resolution screen. The realistic cars have been given a great deal of detail and look impressive as they race around the course. The settings and overall atmosphere are for the most part of high quality, although in a few cases appear plain and static. The intermittent shaking of the screen and distortion of some graphic elements, may for some players be a distraction but generally visual aspect of the game is superb. Another interesting feature is the screen appearing as two-split windows, which allows head-to-head races with other drivers.
Gran Turismo is far from the classic arcade race games. It has lots of interesting features unique to it. The controls are well balanced, being precise but not too sensitive, wheels have great grip and the models have lots of adjustable features suitable for different car types and race tracks.
The player gets to choose on the transmission type of his car, activate a driver-assisted steering, adjust the grip control, change the wheels, or choose the driving line, which is a first in the GT games. The controls can also be reconfigured to suit the player. Racers need to be careful not to go off-track as serious damage to the car results from doing so. Also, be prepared, because the GT5 Prologue has a set of competitive AI racers. The creators have made the game even more realistic this time.
Overall it's a very good game and worthy of play.
